Prism Network Ltd is committed to working within the requirements of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Prism Network Ltd and its Directors acknowledge that slavery and human trafficking remains a hidden blight on our global society. We all have a responsibility to be alert to the risks, however small, in our business and in the wider supply chain. Staff and sub-contractors are expected to report concerns and management are expected to act upon them.

Prism Network Ltd work solely in the insurance/construction industry as Project Managers. We provide disaster recovery equipment and oversee construction/refurbishment works. We source all our products from reputable suppliers based in the United Kingdom.

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Anti-Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains. 

As part of our initiative to identify and mitigate risk:

• We build long standing relationships with our supply chain at management level.
• We inspect all our sites using external auditors for health and safety and internally by our Directors.
• Site supervision is of utmost importance across all sites, Supervisors and Managers are made aware of this Modern Slavery Statement.
• We encourage the reporting of any safety, cultural, working condition issues through regular toolbox talk sessions.
  
  

We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. We expect all those in our supply chain and contractors comply with our values.

All employees and those working for Prism Network Ltd will be briefed on the contents of this policy and their required commitment towards the Modern Slavery Act.

To monitor and measure the effectiveness of our policy will we:

• Continue regular site inspections and monitoring from our clients.
• Maintain levels of communication and contact with our links in the supply chain.
• Continue to monitor the labour at source and through the payroll system.
  

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes our companies slavery and human trafficking statement for the current financial year.
